Cakes are typically fondant/iced for a smooth, polished look, finished with chocolate ganache and premium fondant. Each tier is designed as a generous, tall cake with four layers of sponge and three layers of filling, with tiers around 4.5–5 inches deep. To keep quality and detail at the centre of every order, Sugar Rose Cake Studio takes on only one wedding cake booking per week, allowing full focus on each couple’s design. Couples are invited to enquire with their date, venue and guest numbers, then plan design details such as colour palette, textures, décor and flavours via email, Zoom, phone, or in person.
